In a message you're composing in classic Outlook, on the ribbon, select Options >
Delay Delivery.If you don't see Delay Delivery, select the ellipsis () on the right end of the ribbon, and choose
Delay Delivery. -
Under Delivery options, select the Do not deliver before checkbox, and then choose the date and time you want.
Note In order for the message to be sent at the time you've chosen, your Outlook app must be online and connected to the network.

Select Close and then, when ready, select Send.
(The message goes into your outbox until the appointed time.)

When you've finished composing your message in Outlook for Mac, select the arrow next to Send, then select Schedule Send.

Select the date and time you want.

Select OK and then Send.

When you've finished composing your message in new Outlook, select the arrow next to Send, then select Schedule send.

Under Schedule send, select one of predefined options, or select Custom time.

To set a custom date and time, select a date on the calendar, then choose a time on the right.

When you're done, select Send.
