  1. In a message you're composing in classic Outlook, on the ribbon, select Options >  Shows Delay Delivery icon Delay Delivery.

    If you don't see Delay Delivery, select the ellipsis () on the right end of the ribbon, and choose Shows Delay Delivery icon Delay Delivery.

  2. Under Delivery options, select the Do not deliver before checkbox, and then choose the date and time you want.

    Note    In order for the message to be sent at the time you've chosen, your Outlook app must be online and connected to the network.

  3. Select Close and then, when ready, select Send.

    (The message goes into your outbox until the appointed time.)
