For classic Outlook, in the message, list, select a message whose sender you want to block.Â

On the Home of the ribbon, in the Delete section, selectÂ
 Block, then select Block Sender.(If you don't see Block, at the right end of the toolbar, select  More commands, then select Block > Block Sender.)
Tip: You can block or unblock a sender anytime. Select Block> Junk E-mail Options. Choose the Safe Senders or Blocked Senders tab and make your changes. For more info, see Unblock a sender.

For new Outlook, select a message whose sender you want to block.Â

On the Home tab, select Block > Block Sender.
If you don't see Block, go to the right end of the toolbar, select  More options, then select Block.
Tip: You can block or unblock a sender anytime. Select View > View Settings > Mail > Junk email. Make your changes under Safe senders and domains or Blocked senders and domains. For more info, see Unblock a sender.
