Blur your background in a meeting

Select More actions () and choose Video effects and settings.

Select   Standard blur.

Choose Preview to view. Select Apply or X from Meet now.
If your camera is off, select Apply and turn on video.

Select   Effects and avatars on the desktop, or  Background effects online.

Select   Standard blur.
