Consider adding a OneNote notebook to Teams or adding a Wiki tab in Teams to capture follow up items, meeting notes, or brainstorming sessions that can be shared with others.

Account for people who join late, leave early, or cannot attend

Any Teams meeting or call can be recordedto capture audio, video, and screen sharing activity. The recording happens in the cloud, and it is saved so you can share it securely across your organization.
