PowerPoint doesn't currently have a margin setting, but you can try this workaround:

On the Design tab, selectÂ
 Slide Size and then choose Custom Slide Size. -
Under Slides sized for, choose a preset size, or set custom Width and Height sizes.Â

Select OK.

If asked, select Maximize to use all available space on the slide or choose Ensure Fit to scale content down to fit the new layout.
