Your voice mails are saved both in Lync and Outlook. You can quickly check them in Lync and choose one of the options to manage your messages. When you have new voice mail, the Phone tab displays the number of messages.
To access your voice mail, tap the Phone tab. If you don’t see the voice mail menu, tap the Voice mail button in the upper-left corner.

Tap the Phone tab to see the caller’s info and play your messages.

Tap Call Back to call the caller back.

Tap Delete to delete the voice mail.
