                          To delete redundant messages, in the folder pane on the left, right-click or double-tap the folder you want to clean up.

                          Select Clean Up Folder. To clean up redundant conversations in emails, select a conversation and select Clean Up Conversation.

                      Choose Accounts, then select Storage. 
- 
                      Under Manage storage, all your email folders are listed. For each item, in the Manage column, select Empty and then choose an option from the menu regarding how which data you want to delete.
