For classic Outlook, in your calendar, select a meeting or appointment and press Ctrl+C to copy or Ctrl+X to move the item.

Move your cursor to where you want the item copied and press Ctrl+V to paste.Â

To copy the item to a different calendar you have access to, open the second calendar in a side-by-side view and then copy and paste. For more info, see View multiple calendars at the same time.
Tip: You can drag meetings and appointments within a calendar or between calendars.

In new Outlook, to move a calendar item that you have created, on the grid, click and drag the item to where you want it to be.

To copy an item, double-click to open it, then on the toolbar, select  Duplicate event. A copy of the original event opens. Edit it as needed, then save or send it.Â
