Create a form

1. In OneDrive, select Add new and choose   Forms survey.

2. Describe what you want to do to Copilot and select Generate or close Copilot and craft it yourself.

3. Select Quick start with and choose which type of questions you want.

4. Close the window when you are done. Your new form appears in My files.
