Microsoft Teams
  1. On the  Teams Calendar tab icon Calendar tab, select   New event button icon. ​​​​​​​New event, or from a chat, select More chat options (Generic Ellipsis button) and choose Schedule a meeting from chat buttonSchedule meeting.  

  2. Type a title, add required attendees, set a date, time, and duration. Optionally, you can also:

    • Set recurrence, location, or an agenda.

    • Use Show as: in the upper left corner to set the status for for attendees.

    • Choose Teams meeting add channel icon Add channel to create a channel meeting, 

  3. Add meeting Teams meeting add details icon Details and select Send to email invitations or Save if you have no attendees.Tip: To create a placeholder meeting, fill in info and turn Slide switch button for settings  Online meeting off. Later, choose Edit, turn Online meeting back on, and send update.
