For classic Outlook, in your email message, select the text you want to save.

Select Insert >Â
 Quick Parts. If you don't see Quick Parts, either select Text >  Quick Parts, or the ellipsis ( ) and then  Quick Parts. -
 Select Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery.

Name your item and select OK to save it to the Quick Part Gallery.Â
Tip:Â To use your saved selection, place the insertion point in your email message, and then select Insert > Quick Parts. Pick the selection by name.Â
In the new Outlook for Windows, reusable text blocks are stored in My Templates:

Create a new message or a reply.

On the Insert tab, select
 Apps > My Templates. -
In the pane on the right, selectÂ
 Template. -
Give the text block a title, then enter the text you want in the box below the title.

Select Save.
The new text block is added to the list in the My Templates pane. To insert that text block, in a message, position your cursor where you want the text to appear, select Insert > My Templates, then select the template name.Â
In Outlook on the web, reusable text blocks are stored in My Templates:
