Select a picture on a slide to crop to a shape.

On the Picture Format tab, select the arrow under  Crop. in the Size group. If you don't see Picture Format, be sure to select a picture.

Select Crop to shape and choose a shape to apply to the picture.Â

To trim the margins of the picture, select Crop and drag a handle
inward as needed. -
To save changes, select Crop or press Esc. Press Ctrl+Z to undo.
