Select the shape and choose the Shape Format tab that appears.

  Shape Outline to choose a color, a weight (outline thickness), and outline styling. -
Select
  Shape Fill to choose a fill color, texture, or to fill your shape with a picture. -
Select
  Shape Effects to add shadows, bevels, and 3-D rotations. -
Use the
 Rotate and  Resize handles to move or resize a shape, .
From the Shape Format tab, you can also add text or WordArt, change styles, and set position.

Right-click the shape and selectÂ
 Edit Drawing. -
In the Drawing pane that appears, select the shape and use the tabs to see options.

Use the Shape tab for colors, outlines, the shape, or arrangement.

Use the Text tab for font color, size, alignment and typeface.

Select the shape and select the Shape Format tab that appears.

You can add text, change fill and outline colors, position, text wrapping, and add effects.Â
