Fill the date

1. Select the range of cells to fill with the first cell containing the starting date.

2. On the Home​​​​​​​ tab, select   Fill and choose Series.

3. Choose the settings to use and select OK.

Filling dates isn't currently possible in Excel for the web. You can, however, fill a date in the Excel desktop app.

• To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.
