Find or highlight duplicates

Select the cells where you want to find duplicate values.

On the Home tab, select  Conditional Formatting.

Select   Highlight Cell Rules and choose   Duplicate Values.

Choose the formatting to apply to the duplicate values in the selected range and select OK.
