Billing support is provided in English from 9 AM–5 PM (9 AM–6 PM in Australia), Monday–Friday.
Technical support is provided in English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In Microsoft 365 Business Premium, there are several ways to get help or assistance. You can find help in the Microsoft admin center, at a Microsoft store, or from a Microsoft solution provider.

Get help in the admin center

  1. Sign in to office.com with your work credentials, and select Admin.

  2. At the bottom of the page, choose Need help? to open the support assistant.

  3. Type your question, and then select the Send message icon.

  4. Review the results, and choose the option you want.

  5. If you need more help, choose the Contact icon.

  6. On the Contact support page, enter information about your question, and then enter your contact information. Choose how you want to be contacted, and then select Contact me.

Your service request has been sent. You'll see a summary of your request on the Service request page.

Work with a solution provider

If you have a larger project or problem and would like to speak with a consultant, consider a Microsoft solution provider.

  1. To locate a solution provider, search for "Microsoft solution providers" in your browser.

  2. Select the Microsoft Solution Providers page.

  3. Enter your location, the size of your organization, and the type of support you are looking for. Select Go.

  4. On the Find a Microsoft solution provider page, select the solution provider you want from the list.

The service provider that you choose will contact you.

In Microsoft 365 Business Premium, there are several ways to get help or assistance. You can find help in the Microsoft admin center, at Microsoft stores, or from Microsoft solution providers. 

Let's take a look.

One of the most common places to get help is in the Microsoft admin center.

Sign in to office.com and select Admin.

At the bottom of the page, choose Need help to open the support assistant.

Type a question, then select Send message.

Review the results and choose the option you want.

If you need more help, choose the contact icon.

Enter information about your question, then your contact information.

Choose how you want to be contacted, then select Contact me.

Your service request has been sent.

The next level of support is hiring a Microsoft solution provider. To locate one, search "Microsoft solution providers" in your browser, and select it.

Enter your location, the size of your organization, and the type of support you are looking for. Select Go.

Select the solution provider you want from the list.
