Group a set of objects

You can select pictures, shapes, 3D models, charts, icons, or text to manipulate as a group. 

1. Press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard, and then select multiple objects to group together.

2. Select Shape Format or Picture Format > Group.

3. Select Group.

   Note: If Group is grayed out, you may have selected an object that can't be grouped, such as a table.
