In Outlook Mobile, your messages are grouped by conversation by default. This feature is called Organize by thread on Android, or Group Emails by Conversation on iOS.
This feature can be enabled or disabled in the Outlook settings menu. When disabled, messages belonging to the same conversation will appear individually within your message list.
To disable Organize by thread on Android:

In Outlook, from the message list, tap on your mail icon in the upper-right corner to bring up the folder pane, then tap Settings.

Tap on the Mail option under the General section.

Tap on the Threading option under the Inbox section.

Toggle Organize by thread to OFF.
To disable Group Emails by Conversation on iOS:

In Outlook, from the message list, tap on your mail icon in the upper-right corner to bring up the folder pane, then tap Settings.

Tap on the Mail option under the General section.

Tap on the Email Organization option under the Inbox section.

Toggle Group Emails by Conversation to OFF.
Once disabled, the change will take effect immediately within your message list.
