When you unpublish a group, it will no longer be searchable in the community and will be converted to a normal GroupMe chat. Only the admin can unpublish a group from the community.
Note: Campus Connect is currently only available for colleges, trade schools, and universities.
To Unpublish a group from the community:

From your chat list, select the group you want to unpublish.
Note: If you don't have your group list on your iPad, tap Chat at the top of the screen.

Select the group’s avatar (profile picture), then select Settings
. -
Unpublish your group:

On iOS, select Remove from community.

On Android, select Unpublish from community.

On web, select Unpublish.

In the confirmation window, select Unpublish again.
