You have multiple accounts
Choose the account you want to sign in with.

Once you add a Microsoft 365 account to the app, any subsequent Microsoft 365 accounts added must be hosted in the same physical region. This is due to updated compliance and technical requirements for our users. If you attempt to add a second Microsoft 365 account that is hosted in a different region than the first Microsoft 365 account added, you will see the Account is Suspended error message. 

For example, if you add your personal Microsoft 365 account from when you lived in the States, but your work Microsoft 365 account is hosted in the Netherlands, you will only be able to add one of these accounts to Outlook Mobile. Unfortunately, there is no way around this at the moment due to security and technical concerns.
