Go to Insert and select the arrow next to 3D Models.

Select This Device to choose a 3D image on your computer or select Stock 3D models to choose a file from the Online 3D Models library.Â

Choose the 3D image you want and select Insert.

Inserting 3-D images isn't currently possible in PowerPoint for the web. You can, however, you can insert 3-D images in the PowerPoint desktop app.

To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select
 Editing and choose Open in Desktop App. ​​​​​​​
