Insert an animated GIF

If you have the GIF file saved on your computer:   

1. Select a slide, then go to Insert > Pictures > This Device.

2. Select the animated GIF file from your computer, then select Insert.

If you need to search online for a GIF:   

1. Select Insert > Pictures > Online Pictures.

2. In the search box, enter the type of GIF you wish to search for (for example, dancing GIF, singing GIF, birds flying GIF, etc.).

3. Select an image, then select Insert.

If you have the GIF file saved on your computer:   

1. Save the animated GIF on your computer.

2. Select a slide, then go to Insert > Pictures > Picture from File.

3. Select the animated GIF file on your computer, then select Insert.

If you need to search online for a GIF:   

1. Select Insert > Pictures > Online Pictures.

2. In the search box, enter the type of GIF you wish to search for (for example, dancing GIF, singing GIF, birds flying GIF, etc.).

3. Select an image, then select Insert.

If you have the GIF file saved on your computer:

2. Select the animated GIF file from your computer, then select Open.

If you need to search online for a GIF:   

1. Select Insert > Pictures > Search on Web.

2. In the search box, enter the type of GIF you wish to search for (for example, dancing GIF, singing GIF, birds flying GIF, etc.).

3. Select an image, then select Insert.
