Select a slide, then go to Insert > Icons.

Choose an icon and select Insert.

To resize the icon, click and drag one of its corners.

To edit the icon, select it and go to Graphics Format on the ribbon.

Use the options there to change the color or the outline color, apply a preset style that includes both a fill color and an outline, or apply special effects—such as a shadow, reflection, or glow.
