You can quickly embed online videos onto a whiteboard. When a supported URL is pasted and detected as a video, it will show the video on the canvas. You can interact with the video to do things such as play and pause it.

When a video is played it will only play on the canvas of the person who plays it, not all participants.

You can embed an online video onto the Whiteboard by:

Option 1:

  1. Copy the link of your online video.

  2. Paste the link onto a whiteboard by using keyboard shortcuts (ctrl + v on Windows) or secondary click menu (right click on a mouse).

  3. Your video is now inserted onto the whiteboard canvas and can be played directly.

Option 2:

  1. Click on the “Videos” button on Create Panel.

  2. Paste or type the video link into the address bar that pops up.

  3. View the preview to ensure the right video is showing and click the “Insert” button.

  4. Your video is now inserted onto the whiteboard canvas and can be played directly.
