Install the desktop app

If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can go to the subscription home page and install the desktop version of PowerPoint (and other apps) from there:

1. Go to microsoft365.com.

2. If necessary, sign in by using the account associated with your subscription.

3. Near the upper right of the page, select Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps.

4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation process.

Tips:

• Even without a subscription, anyone can get cloud storage and the web versions of Microsoft 365 apps, free of charge. Go to office.com to learn more.
