Use the Label options dialog box to choose between different label vendors, product numbers, and printer types.
Label options tips

The Printer information, Vendor label, and Product number you select should match the sheets of labels that you will be loading into your printer.

Selecting a new Product number will show you label information. To see all dimensions, click Details.

If you think that the dimensions won't work for your labels, you can go to New Label and specify your own dimensions based on measurements of the labels on the printer sheets you're using.
To switch between units of measure (inches to centimeters, for example), you have to make that change from Word options.

Go to Word's File > Options > Advanced

Scroll down to Display > Show measurements in units of: (and pick from the list).
