The Microsoft Teams Insider program is an earlier version of Teams than the current live release. With Teams Insider, users can enjoy a first look at new features and the latest bug fixes.
Note: Teams Insider is currently available in Teams for Android and iOS.
To join Teams Insider:

Open the Teams app on your mobile device. Make sure you're signed in to your personal or small business account.

Tap your profile picture in the top corner, then tap Settings.

Tap About.

Turn the Teams Insider toggle on, then tap Switch to join.

You will need to close and restart the app to start using Teams Insider.
Important: If you don't have the features available for Teams insiders, you may need to close and restart the Teams app again.
