Link non-Microsoft email accounts to your existing Microsoft subscription for premium benefits

If you use non-Microsoft, third-party account like Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud in the new Outlook, and have an M365 subscription on a Microsoft account with the same email identity, you can now access premium features in Outlook (including Copilot*) by linking these accounts.  

Steps to link accounts in new Outlook -

1. On the View tab, select View settings, or from the File tab, select Account info.

2. Select Accounts > Your accounts

3. Choose your account and select Manage

4. Select Link Accounts. 
   Note: you will only see this option if you have a Microsoft M365 subscription with the same email identity as your third-party mail account.
