Select a picture and go to Picture Format > Transparency.

Do one of the following:

Select a pre-set transparency.

Select Picture Transparency Options, then use the Transparency slider to adjust the degree of transparency.

Tip: If you don't see the Picture Format tab, make sure you've selected a picture on a slide.Â

Select a picture and go to Picture Format > Transparency.
