PowerPoint for the web

When you want to share your presentation with others but you don't want them to change it, you can make it read-only. Here's how using OneDrive and OneDrive for work or school:

Using OneDrive

  1. In PowerPoint for the web, select Share Button icon. Share in the upper right corner, and Share menu button Share again.

  2. Type an email into the field. 

  3. Select Editing button pencil iconCan edit and change it to Can view. 

  4. Select Send.

Using OneDrive for work or school

  1. In PowerPoint for the web, select Share Button icon. Share in the upper right corner, and Share menu button Share again.

  2. Type the names or email addresses of the people to share the presentation with.

  3. Select Editing button pencil iconCan edit and change it to Can view. 

  4. Ad an optional message, and select Send. 

    Note: The people you share the presentation with receive an email invitation to view it.
