When you want to share your presentation with others but you don't want them to change it, you can make it read-only. Here's how using OneDrive and OneDrive for work or school:
Using OneDrive

In PowerPoint for the web, select
 Share in the upper right corner, and  Share again. -
Type an email into the field.Â

Select
Can edit and change it to Can view. -
Select Send.
Using OneDrive for work or school

In PowerPoint for the web, select
 Share in the upper right corner, and  Share again. -
Type the names or email addresses of the people to share the presentation with.

Select
Can edit and change it to Can view. -
Ad an optional message, and select Send.Â
Note:Â The people you share the presentation with receive an email invitation to view it.
