As a meeting organizer, you can save a record of attendees either during or after a meeting.

During the meeting, download a list that shows names, join time, and leave time:

 Show participants. Select the ellipsis ( ) and then choose Download attendance list.

After the meeting, download the report that shows the duration of stay and the attendee's roll:

Open the meeting in Calendar or the meeting chat, choose Attendance on the toolbar and selectÂ
Download.
