In classic Outlook, from your inbox, select the Focused or Other tab.

Right-click the message you want to move and do one of the following:

If you are in Focused, select Move to Other or Always Move to Other.

If you are in Other, select Move to Focused or Always Move to Focused.
Tip: The effect of selecting an Always Move to ... option is that all future messages from the sender will be delivered to the tab you designate.

In new Outlook, at the top of the message list, select the Focused or Other tab.

Select the message you want to move. On the Home tab, do one of the following:

If you are in Focused, selectÂ
 Move to > Move to Other inbox or Always move to Other inbox. -
If you are in Other, selectÂ
 Move to > Move to Focused inbox or Always move to Focused inbox.
Tip: The effect of selecting an Always Move to ... option is that all future messages from the sender will be delivered to the tab you designate.

In Outlook for Mac​​​​​​​, from your inbox, select the Focused or Other tab.

Select the message you want to move and go to the Message menu.

If you are in Focused, select Move to Other or Always move to Other.

If you are in Other, select Move to Focused or Always move to Focused.
