If, as a presenter, you are using Windows 10 build 10586 on your computer and share your desktop, there might be times when the meeting participants see a cropped version of your shared desktop.
This usually happens when your shared monitor gets set to a resolution that’s lower than its original resolution. (This might happen when you connect to a projector and or an external display.) To fix the issue, set your shared monitor back to its original resolution.
If this happens again, you can try to stop and then restart sharing. To avoid this, we recommend that you update to Windows 10 build 14289 or higher (if available).
