ISSUE

After updating to version 2604 (build 19929.20090), users might find that neural voices are unavailable in Read Aloud in Word.

STATUS: FIXED

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the next April build update. Reference Update History to get builds by channel, Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date).
