Based on the error we're seeing within our logs one or more of the issues below could be happening.

  • It's possible the username and\or password is incorrect. Please verify and try again.

  • You may need to use your domain UPN address instead of your email address. For example, your UPN address maybe and your email maybe

  • Please verify if you can log into your OWA\Webmail portal. If you're unable to login there maybe an issue with your account that needs to be resolved by your IT admin.

Please understand that our Outlook agents are unable to reset passwords or will know your webmail settings. You'll need to contact your IT administrator.
