In classic Outlook, on the Home tab, select New items > More Items > Choose Form.

Select a standard template, or change Look In to User Templates in File System and choose a template you've created.

Select Open.
Tip: To create your own templates, see Create or edit email templates.

In a message you're composing in new Outlook​​​​​​​ for Windows, put your cursor where you want to insert the template content.

On the Insert tab, select
 Apps > My Templates.(The first time you use My Templates, click through a description of the feature to get to step 2.)

In the My Templates pane on the right, select the template you want to insert.Â
The text is immediately added to your message. Close the pane and continue editing your message.
