Open Teams settings

1. Select the ellipsis () next to your profile picture or initials in the upper corner of the app.

2. Select Settings. and choose the area to change or update. Change common settings such as: 

• General - Application auto-start up, suggested replies, language, spell check, out of office.

• Chat and channels - Choose combined or separate chat and channel views. 

• Notifications and activity - Notification style, sound, when, and where they come from.

• ​​​​​​​Privacy - Do not disturb access, blocked contacts, read receipts, or attendance reports.

• Devices - Setting and testing audio and video device settings.

To get out of settings, select Chat, Calendar, or something else in the left nav bar.
