ISSUE

When using Outlook 2019 to reply or forward an email, in the body of the email the sender email address may be blank, showing only < >.

This issue started in Outlook 2019 build 10385.20027 and the problem may occur for POP or IMAP accounts.

In the body of email, the email address of the sender of the original message is missing

STATUS: FIXED

This issue has been fixed in 10388.20004 that was released July 12, 2022.

If you used the workaround to disable updates, re-enable updates by opening Outlook and going to File > Account > Update Options > Enable Updates.
