ISSUE
When you open emails sent from Viva Engage, Viva Insights, Yammer, or Power Automate, classic Outlook crashes.
The crash event from the Windows Event Viewer will have a similar signature:

STATUS: INVESTIGATING
The Outlook Team is investigating a crash with the signature noted above for Outlook 2024 LTSC that was not addressed by the fixes on March 10, 2026. We will update this topic as soon as we get the fix release information. Â
