Note: This feature requires a Microsoft 365 subscription and is available for Global Administrators and Office Apps Administrators. 

Microsoft 365 tenant global administrators and Office Apps Administrators will be notified about incidents affecting their users with a new right-side panel notification in Outlook for Windows.

View your support notifications

  1. Click See More to get directed to the Service Health Dashboard in the Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center for details.

  2. Click "Was this helpful?" to provide feedback.

To disable or block this feature by Group Policy:

  1. Go to File > Options > Advanced > Other.

  2. Disable Incident notifications intended for administrators
