Print a header on each page

1. On the Page Layout tab, select the  Page Setup dialog launcher. 

2. In the Page Setup dialog box, choose the Sheet tab, and then select the row or column range that you want to print under Print titles.

3. Select OK.

Printing a header on each page isn't currently possible in Excel for the web. You can, however, print a header in the Excel desktop app.

• To open the desktop app, at the top of the ribbon, select Editing > Open in Desktop App.
