Choose the account you want to sign in with.
  1. Go to the Developer tab and select  Record Macro button Record Macro. If the tab isn't there, see Show the Developer tab

  2. Select OK to start recording and perform the actions you want to automate.

  3. On the Developer tab, select  Stop recording macro button Stop Recording.

Tip: To play it back, select Macros and choose the macro, and select Run

  1. Go to Automate and select Record actions button Record Actions.

  2. Perform the actions you want to automate.

  3. On the Record Actions pane, select  Stop recording actions button Stop.

Tip: To play or change the script, select  Run macro button Run or  Edit macro button Edit. in the Record Actions pane.
