  1. In the left folder pane of classic Outlook, select Deleted Items or Trash. If you don't see the left folder pane, select the greater than (>) icon.

  2. Find and select the calendar item to recover.  If you can't find the calendar item in Deleted Items, see Recover deleted items from the server.

  3. Select Home > Outlook Other Folder icon  Move > Other folder.

  4. Calendar should be highlighted. If not select it, then select OK.
