  1. In classic Outlook, select or open the message you want to reply to.

  2. On the Home or Message tab, select Reply icon Reply to reply only to the sender, or  Reply All icon Reply All to reply to all recipients.

  3. Type your reply. You can add or remove recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields. Select Options > Shows BCC icon Bcc, or the ellipsis (Generic Ellipsis button) > Shows BCC icon Bcc to add the Bcc field.

  4. Select Send.
