In classic Outlook, select Sent Items in the left folder pane and double-click the message to open it in a separate window.

On the Message tab, select More move options and chooseÂ
 Resend This Message. If you don't see More move options, select More commands ( ), choose  ​​​​​​​Actions and then  Resend This Message. -
A duplicate message window opens, ready for you to modify as you see fit.Â

Update the details in the message, then select  Send.

In new Outlook, in the folder pane, select the Sent Items folder.

Open the message you want to resend.

On the Home tab, select
 Resend message. If you don't see this option, select More options ( ) and then choose  Resend message. -
When the message to resend opens, you can add or remove recipients or attachments, or change the content of the message.

Select Send.

In Outlook for Mac, select Sent in the left folder pane, then choose the message you wish to resend.

On the Message menu, select Resend.Â

In Outlook on the web or Outlook.com, in the folder pane, select the Sent Items folder.

Open the message you want to resend.
