Save a message

You can no longer save messages in Teams. However, you can pin the message to the chat window, or save the conversation to Favorites. 

1. To save a message like a favorite, select Chat  on the left pane.

2. Select a conversation and hover over the message to save.

3. Select the More options () and choose  Pin. 

To save a conversation to Favorites:

1. Select the conversation in the Chat pane and choose More options ().

2. Select  Move to and choose Favorites.
