Select your profile picture or initials in Teams.

Select Set status message and choose Schedule out of office.

Select Turn on automatic replies and write a message.

Optionally select Send replies outside my organization.

Select Send replies only during a time period and choose the Start and End times to send out of office replies.

Select Send to schedule and choose Chat, Calendar, or Teams in the left nav bar to exit.
Note: Teams automatically syncs with Outlook's out of office replies.
