In your email message in classic Outlook, select To.

In the Select Names window, under Search, enter the name of the contact group. (Contact group names appear in bold.)

Choose the group you want and select To to add that name to the "To" line, then select OK.

Tip:Â You can also type a contact group name in the To line directly to find and select.Â

In your email message in new Outlook​​​​​​​, put your cursor on the To line and begin entering the name of the contact group.

Select the contact group from the suggested matches.

Continue drafting your message, then select Send when you're ready.
