In classic Outlook, select File > Options.

In the Outlook Options dialog box that appears, select Mail > Stationery and Fonts.

Under New mail messages or Replying or forwarding messages, select Font and make the desired changes.
To change the font only for the current message, simply enter your message, select the text, then go to the Message tab and select the Font box.Â
Tip:Â To just make the text larger or smaller without changing it, see Zoom in or out.

In new Outlook, select the View tab, then selectÂ
 View settings. -
On the Mail tab, select Compose and Reply.

Under Message format, select the default font and size you want for your email messages:Â

Select Save at the bottom of the window.

Go to Outlook for Mac > Settings.Â

Select Fonts.

Select the default font and size you want for new email, replies and forwards, and message previews.

Close the window to save your changes.
