You can set a Sensitivity Label on your messages to help recipients know your intentions when you send a message.

This is a feature activated within an organization, so if you don’t find the feature it may not be activated.

  1. Select New Message to start a new email.

  2. Click Sensitivity in the toolbar. If you don’t see if, click on the See more options () button.

    Sensitivity menu in the toolbar.

Note: If you still don't see the Sensitivity option, your organization may not have the feature activated in Outlook.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select the Sensitivity Label.
